Where are you located?
  We are located in the Miami, Florida area.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Yes. We have scrapbook page kits, scrapbook supplies and pre-made albums available at our store. If you do not reside in Miami, all of our scrapbook supplies and products can be found in our online store.

When are your classes and crops?
Our local classes are scheduled a month in advance. We normally hold a Class Kick-Off Party where you can pre-register for the class at a discounted rate.  Our online classes vary from month to month as well. They allow you to be part of our exciting class schedule even if you live far away. Check our calendar for our upcoming classes.We also offer a Girls Night Out (GNO) Crop every Friday from 5-11 PM.  Other crops are scheduled regularly throughout the month.  You can check our class calendar here or sign up for our monthly newsletter here for a detailed monthly newsletter, highlighting our upcoming events, new products and special offers.

Are your items acid-free and lignin-free?
All the items in our store are acid-free or lignin-free unless otherwise noted. We want your photos to stay safe across the generations, just as you do.

How often do you add items?
We are adding new products to our store on a weekly basis. Check back often for new, one-of-a-kind products.

Services:

If I give you my photos, can you make an album for me?
Absolutely! Many customers can not find the time to create their own albums or don’t feel they are creative enough. We can create a custom made scrapbook album for you, preserving your memories in a safe and treasured scrapbook. Prices vary based on number of photos, level of detail and the number of pages. A free consultation will clear up all your questions.

What is involved in a consultation?
A free consultation is absolutely painless. In person or over the phone, we discuss what type of album you would like and how many photos you would like to include.

Some questions to consider or investigate include:
How many photos do you have?
Are the photos originals? Who will be making copies?
What size album are you considering? How many pages?
Will you be including journaling? Computer journaling or handwritten?
What style preferences do you have?
Is there a timeframe?

All of these questions can be answered quickly within our conversation. The most important thing to determine is how many photos you have to be included.

Do you make custom scrapbook albums or page kits?
Certainly, we can. One of the advantages of page kits or premade scrapbook albums is the unique coordination of products, supplies and accessories. We can custom make any scrapbook album or specialty page kit, unique to your tastes and needs. Just ask.

Can you make a custom invitation or announcement for me?
Definitely. We love making custom birth announcements or wedding invitations because we know the recipient will be thrilled to receive such a beautiful announcement in the mail. I can custom create the perfect invitation, card or announcement for you, incorporating your vision.

Rewards Program:

How does your Rewards program work?
We reward our local frequent buyers with our Frequent Buyer Card. For every ten dollars spent ($10) you get your card stamped.  Once the card is full, you may redeem a $5  discount on your next purchase.  We still have the Double Stamp Thursday! If you come to shop on a Thursday you will receive two stamps for the "price" of one.  back to top

Shipping and Handling:

How fast can you process my order?
All items listed in our store are guaranteed to be in stock. We process all online orders within 48 hours. Your choice of shipping carrier and speed affects how quickly it actually arrives.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use the US Postal service and for rush jobs, we also use FedEx.

Can I ship my order to two different places?
Yes, we can. But you must place two separate orders and pay for two separate shipping charges.

Returns:

What is your return process?
We want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are displeased with any purchase from Scrapbooks & Stuff, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue you a return authorization number and gladly refund your money (minus shipping fees.)

Our custom made products (albums, gift books, premade mini albums, invitations or cards) are not returnable. But we take steps early in the process in order to guarantee satisfaction. This includes an extensive consultation, samples of pages or invitations and progress reports.
